HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR VIDEOS, AND WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE THEM? We deliver all of our videos digitally with a link to share/download. We have a turnaround time of 7-10 weeks, but you could receive your wedding video in 4-5 weeks. Lifestyle and commercial projects will have different turnaround times.
WHAT IS THE BEHIND THE SCENES VIDEO INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES? Instead of watching clip by clip of your raw video files, we offer a separate bonus (behind the scenes) video that is included in all of our packages. This video will be up to 60 minutes in length and will include extended key moments of your wedding day that didn’t make it in the main film. The footage is lightly edited. There is no music overlay or color correction and there may be some shaky camera movements. It’s all in chronological order and meant to be a raw doc-style edit. Here is an example of the BONUS VIDEO
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGE OPTIONS? Yes, we do! We have 3 main packages to choose from, and we are open to the idea of creating something custom if needed. For example, if you wanted a 7 minute film with less or more hours, and 1 videographer instead of 2, then we can figure out something unique that works for you. Please inquire separately for lifestyle or commercial projects.
WHAT DOES YOU BOOKING PROCESS LOOK LIKE? I ask for a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. The deposit amount is 15-25% of the total cost. As soon as both are received, I will secure your date.
WHAT POLICIES SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT? My business reserves the right to medical privacy and does not agree to and can not be held liable for any regulations, requests, guidelines, or discussions that invade medical privacy in order to perform services at the contracted event.
